By creating an account or using VibePlan, you agree to this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), the Privacy Policy, and applicable plan terms.
1. Permitted use
Use VibePlan to document, plan, and operate your business with human review of AI-assisted outputs. Comply with workplace roles and approval gates when enabling Connections or agents.
2. Prohibited uses
- Unlawful content, fraud, harassment, or infringement of others' rights
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or abuse of email/notification features
- Sharing login credentials or circumventing authentication, RLS, or rate limits
- Scraping, probing, or attacking the service or other customers
- Uploading malware or attempting to exfiltrate data you are not authorised to access
- Using AI outputs as legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice without qualified human review, or making solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals
- Instructing agents or Connections to perform high-risk external writes without required approvals
- Misrepresenting VibePlan capabilities in a way that contradicts published claims guidance
3. Customer content
You are responsible for content you place in workspaces, including personal data of third parties. Do not upload special-category or criminal-offence data unless you have a lawful basis and accept the residual risk; the product is designed for business planning content.
4. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts, revoke API keys, disable Connections, or remove content that violates this AUP. We may report unlawful activity to authorities when required.
5. Reporting
Report abuse or security concerns via authenticated Help or the support channel published for your deployment.
